Ocean Crawler is an American watchmaking company that specializes in self-winding and automatic mechanical watches. The designs have a nostalgic sophistication but are built for contemporary adventurists with an active lifestyle.

Planning to have a soft opening on Friday, October 16^th, 2029 at Promenade on Providence, Ocean Crawler’s hours will be Monday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm.

Christian Champion, owner and founder, believes Promenade is “a beautifully designed space in a busy area,” which makes it the perfect home for Ocean Crawler. Christian grew up being fascinated by watches. He wanted to do something he loved and says that “A little while later I was back to my childhood and to what I would enjoy doing the most and that’s how I came up with starting a watch company.”

Founded in 2017, Ocean Crawler manufactures watches in very small batches. Christian says his buyers will own a watch that only 20 or 30 other people have and sometimes they make some a one of one watch, making them very rare and unique.
