What are some of your most popular items at Naf Naf? What makes them stand out?
We’re a build-your-own restaurant with 3 different entrees to choose from (Bowls, Stuffed Pitas and Plates). We also have BYO kids meals and catering options.
It’s all rooted in our authentic Middle Eastern inspired menu. From our fresh in-house baked pitas, hand-made falafels, and our award-winning chicken shawarma! All of our toppings and 7 different sauces are made fresh in house as well.
What sets you apart from your competitors?
We are a real restaurant. We bake, grill, roast, chop, mix and cook real food in our stores every day. Our recipes are inspired by the cuisine of Middle Eastern open markets. This heritage, combined with our passion for making great food using high-quality ingredients and authentic spices, makes Naf Naf Grill a guest favorite!
Can you talk us through Naf Perks?
Naf Perks is our loyalty program. It’s a great way of giving our customers what they want, at their fingertips. Once customers sign up or download our Naf Perks app, they get a free drink or an order of fries on us! They earn points with every purchase, and they can use those points however they want by trading them for rewards in our rewards marketplace.

What role does community engagement play in the culture at Naf Naf?
We are a restaurant company deeply rooted in the communities we serve. From our team members to our guests, we recognize that our existence is fueled by the community’s love for our brand. In return, we are committed to giving back. Through our fundraising program, we partner with local organizations to host events where we donate 20% of our sales. Earlier this year, we teamed up with Gift A Meal, donating 1lb of food to local food banks for every photo taken of a Naf Naf meal—no catch, just snap a photo. Our guests’ photos helped us support those in need. We are always seeking opportunities to engage with the community, whether as an employer, a sponsor of local events, or through other initiatives.
What does Naf Naf mean?
It means to “Fan The Flame.”
It’s an expression that works as a heartfelt invitation to gather around the table, share a meal, and build connections. Upholding a legacy of hospitality from our late founder, we are dedicated to ensuring every guest feels warmly welcomed and at ease. We still follow those same principles and recipes today at every Naf Naf and we invite you in to share a meal with us.
