The Local Scoop: Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast

Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast will begin at 9am. The Local Scoop will be serving Belgium waffles topped with ice cream, donuts topped with ice cream, and a few ice cream breakfast flavors, both dairy and non-dairy. Pajamas welcome!
